How do I get to the venue?
Our venue is beautifully secluded, so there is no on-site parking. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the wedding from the James Newbury Hudson Hotel – Coxsackie.

Shuttle 1 — 3:10 PM

Shuttle 2 — 3:30 PM

Ceremony begins at 4:00 PM
Please plan to arrive at the hotel with enough time to board your preferred shuttle.
Returning to the Hotel

We kindly ask all guests to use the shuttle or an arranged car service, as personal vehicles cannot be accommodated at the venue.

Can we bring our children?
While we love your children, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows everyone to fully relax and enjoy the evening.
What should I wear?
We recommend attire that feels elegant yet comfortable:
Ladies: Block heels, wedges, or flats (the ground is grassy and uneven), and a shawl or wrap for the cooler evening hours.
Gentlemen: A suit and dress shoes are requested — ties optional.
Can I bring a date?
Weddings are a very special day, and we have opted for both an intimate ceremony & reception. Only the names addressed on the invitation are formally invited to our celebration.
